Welcome! My name is Mark, a seasoned martial artist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals discover the transformative power of martial arts. Based in East London, I specialize in kickboxing, Taekwondo, and Karate, offering tailored training sessions that develop both physical strength and mental resilience.

Mark was impressively able to point out many of my strengths and weaknesses  and knew exactly what we needed to work on.

As I reached out to Mark pretty last minute, I only could fit in 5 sessions before my actual competition and straight away I was learning kicks and drills I had never learnt in my whole 2 years of training in Taekwondo.

I thoroughly enjoyed my training with Mark as he is honestly nothing short of amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone to reach out to him as he truly is a master in his field- his punches and kicks are faster than your eyes can register!!!

Sessions take place conveniently within a private mini gym located at:

Gympods, Dalston Square, Dalston Ln, London E8 3FS. This dedicated space provides the ideal environment for focused, distraction-free training. This facility offers contemporary changing rooms equipped with lockers, shower rooms, dry change rooms, and toilets.

 

Alternatively, lessons can be held in public spaces such as Olympic Park Outdoor Gym, London E20 2ST or Kensington Gardens, London. (Plans Only)
